Miniature reproduction after A. Rapin (2000). Found at Bouranton (Aube, France) in a warrior's grave, this piece is unusual in carrying features of both the first and second Iron Ages. I hope one day to reproduce it at full scale, together with its scabbard and its remarkable belt and suspension system.

Free interpretation
A rondel dagger with a triangular blade. Slim and strong enough to pass between the rings of a mail shirt, these were close-quarter weapons for fighting in armour. This one is my own design.

My own take on the trowel
An excavation trowel made for a friend's thesis defence. Entirely forged, it has a thin hardened blade with an aggressive point, yet wide enough for light clearing work. The handle allows several grips, making it more comfortable and more versatile than a spatula.
